Production takes place at the Ningbo site: tank moulding, motor machining, assembly, water testing, running-in and packing. The figures below are given with their measurement basis rather than as a single headline number.

Six steps from part to carton
Each step happens on the same site; the sequence is the order used on the line.

Incoming inspection
Motor, impeller and tank parts are checked against the drawing before they enter the line.

Moulding and machining
Tank moulding and motor machining are carried out in-house on the same site.

Assembly
Pump, float control and electrical chamber are assembled and wired as one unit.

Water test
Each unit is run in a water bench to check flow, head and float switching.

Running-in
Units run for a set period to catch seal, noise and start-up faults before packing.

Packing
Carton, foam and manual are packed to the export loading quantity for each model.
What is checked, and where
Incoming parts
Motor winding resistance, impeller dimensions and tank wall thickness are checked before assembly, per the factory inspection routine.
Water test bench
Each assembled unit is run in water to confirm flow, head and float switching before it leaves the line.
Running-in and packing
Units run for a set period to catch seal and noise faults, then are packed with manual and foam to the export quantity.
Calibration documents and inspection record formats are released once the factory file is confirmed.
How the range is supplied
Two electrical platforms
50Hz and 60Hz units are produced as separate platforms with their own windings, so a market can be supplied without converting a 50Hz design.
Packing for container loading
Carton quantity, carton size and 20GP / 40GP / 40HQ loading are recorded per model and quoted with each order.
Documentation
Catalog, optional datasheet and certificate copies are released as each document completes verification.
Structure and service access
Water and electrical chambers are separated so the motor stays out of the wastewater volume; the float control, impeller and motor assembly are reachable without cutting the discharge line. Factory profile documents covering these points are being prepared for release.
